A random EOTD. Wearable with a pop of color.

The blue lower lashline liner is Essence Longlasting Eyeliner in 09 Cool Down. 
The lid I suggest you use a medium taupy brown with satin finish. I can't remember what I used here. It might be Everyday Minerals eyeshadow in the shade Cafe.

 

Felt it was to borning so I added lots of black liner all over to make it more eye-catching.
