What I have here could easily be a clubbing look. What I did was layer black pencil and blended it out with 
BArry M Dazzle Dust in Cherry. I applied a matte black eyeshadow to inner and outer corners.

 

And then I went in with Barry M Glitter Dust in purple. Just on the center of the lid. Here is a picture of the beauty. It's a pinkish purple finely milled base with added silver glitter.

I applied it in a triangular shape. Now, for my skin the pencil base was enough for the glitter to stick to and it did not crease. If you want a thicker layer of glitter you'll need to use a different base.

And probably a tape clean-up will be in order if you get glitter all over your face.

 So, a recap of the product used:

• black liner
• black matte eyeshadow
• Barry M Dazzle Dust in Red Cherry
• Barry M Glitter Dust (the purple one)

The main trick is to blend out the crease using colored eyeshadow.
