I don't know what is up with my make-up obsession lately, but I've really been rather disinterested in buying eyeshadow. I'm on a hunt for good face products - a concealer and liquid foundation. I'm happy with mineral foundation but sometimes I want a litte extra staying power and coverage. Being so pale, there simply is no good foundation light enough. And theatrical make-up like Kryolan isnot so common on the interwebs so I don't even know where to look for swatches.
And since I'm not buying new eyeshadows I'm working on using my current stash as much as I can.This look I don't really know how I feel about. I don't hate it enough not to share :P

The yellow is from Vitaskin Cosmetics (yeah, THAT old) all the rest are IsaDora products;
Classic Browns palette and Pearls palette. Shimmery white in the inner corner and as a highlight, brown in the crease. Hardly any blending.
See? Not so bad with my skin tone, it almost looks gold-ish. Maybe it would look nice with some eyeliner?
Hmm. Something to consider, V., something to consider.
Now, the problem with trying to use up eyeshadow is that I get bored.
SO BORED. Yeah, I do rotate my palettes and there is sooooooo many looks I could do but when I'm sticking my nose into those eyeshadows I just feel so uninspired and almost always end up with a brown smokey eye.
Gosh, I'm getting old.

I really need to stop buying eyeshadows too, but it's my main temptation.. I guess because there are sooo many color choices. I'm getting to the point now where I'll be looking at a new brand or something and I'll just keep saying "That looks pretty but I think I already have something like it in my collection". I think it's time to start using up what I have lol x3
