Yes! I love the ultra mattes palettes, but I haven't given the bright one enough love yet. Can't wait to see what you come up with!
I put this one in my make-up bag for this week. So far I've used it mainly for the bright pink. I've been loving pink eyeliner.
BUT if feels so strange using an I-Divine and not having the matte black :D
Yes yes yes!! Monaco is my favorite too! Good choice!!
And btw about doing liner with a pencil instead of a real eyeliner. If i understood you correctly you thought it was hard to do it since the pencil is dry, and on eyeshadow it's not working. A tip is to lay the pencil in a sunspot for a few minutes, or simetimes i place the pencil between my thies while putting the shadows on. When the pencil is warm it's so much more easier to handle it..../Azure
